Grey Advertising has partnered with Spanish organization Adolescents at Risk Foundation (Fundacion ANAR) to create an effective ad that is visible only to its target audience.
The anti-abuse ad which is designed to empower kids is meant to send a message that is invisible to the average adult.
A lenticular photo allows a different image to be seen by someone who is shorter than four feet, five inches. The ad above, seen from an adult’s eyes portrays a stoic child with the message, “Sometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it.” However, from a child’s perspective, he sees a bruised image of the child with the message, “If somebody hurts you, phone us and we’ll help you.”
So far, the ad and the corresponding publicity has bode well for the campaign. On its Youtube page, the organization wrote, “Thanks to the publicity on media and all the comments on social networks, the campaign has achieved its main objective: Raise awareness of the Foundation and [its] phone number 116-111 for children and teenagers at risk.”
